Whats the best way to install big sheets of IGX graphics?
We have found the best way to install big sheets of IGX graphics is
to handle them as you would large sheet of very thick film (10-14 mil).
Have two installers. One to hold the transfer tape (film side) one to
peel the liner. Using IGX Mounting Solution preferably in a 3 gallon
sprayer flood the glass and the film. Then carefully position the film
on the glass and move until lined up correctly. Spray outside of the
transfer tape side with the IGX Mounting Solution and lightly push out
the water using a window cleaning squeegee. When you are sure that there
are no air pockets under the film spray the tape again and this time
using a yellow polyurethane squeegee, more aggressively pull the water
out. Spray one more time and begin peeling back the transfer tape.

What should I do if the IGX Graphics keep lifting from
the glass?
Make sure that you are using IGX Mounting Solution 1 gallon to 2 gallons
of water. If it is still lifting add 1 cup of Rubbing Alcohol. If still
lifting let sit on the glass for ten minutes and then spray tape again.

Can I send or fax art work for production?
Yes. An artwork charge will apply in some cases.

How fast I can I get IGX Graphics?
Delivery times depend on the complexity, size and quantity of the order.
In some cases we can have materials ready for install overnight.

What is the process to get IGX Graphics?
If we are making a custom design, we will take your art work, make it ready
for production, send you a proof for approva,l take a deposit/credit card
and then run production. If we already have you and your art work on
file then proof approval and deposit are all that are required to run
production.
Vector art is preferred, though we can also work with high resolution
raster images. Vector art should be saved as Illustrator 9 or 3 compatible
EPS file. Adobe PDF files are fine. Raster art should be saved as TIF without LZW compression.

What are the size limitations for IGX Graphics?
Maximum width is 60” for patterns and 48” for solids. Please
confirm your designs before ordering

in my area?
Yes. In some cases we may not have a local contact and will have to
find one for you.
